Panels 7–18 · Badges of code

Reading guide, not a title printed on the comic. No Justice, Just AI numbers its panels. These section labels only group lines that are already lettered.

Data centers swallow land and a silicon hand runs the precinct. Cops wear code for badges, unmarked vans collect anyone who steps out of line, and the clean utopia is an algorithmic dream. Heartbeats are tracked, drones hunt a ride, and a face is enough to keep you in line. The section ends on the welcome sign: know your place.
